Job Description
Join Our Team as an OB/GYN Physician in Red Bluff CA
We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician for a locum opportunity starting August 1 2025 in Red Bluff California. This facility offers a welcoming environment with a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services ensuring comprehensive care for patients. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full scope OB/GYN services including deliveries (C-sections and vaginal) and gynecological surgeries.
- Participate in a 24-hour call schedule for the OB and Gyn ED.
- Respond to emergencies within a 20-minute radius but not required to remain on-site at all times.
- Work alongside dedicated medical staff including medical assistants and practice managers.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and management.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (OB/GYN) or Board Eligible if currently on staff at another Joint Commission hospital without monitoring.
- Active California medical license.
- Completion of a fellowship in IM/FP/OB-GYN.
- Clean malpractice and background history for credentialing.
- Availability for specified locum dates.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in OB/GYN.
- Active California medical license.
- BLS DEA NRP/PALS certifications required during credentialing.
