This Position reports to:
Field Application Support ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities
You will support strategic technology direction by contributing their own ideas for identifying proposing and implementing innovative technology software and/or solutions. You will support the Research and Development (R&D) team by executing assigned tasks under supervision and by using technical knowledge in a structured way.
This role is pivotal in bridging product innovation with customer application needs. Youll leverage deep technical expertise and product knowledge to identify and develop business opportunities supporting ABBs growth in key markets.

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for:
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Apply in-depth knowledge of ABBs product portfolio to support application development and integration.
Conduct feasibility studies simulations and validation of electrical designs.
Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Contribute to product development by feeding back application insights to R&D teams.
Qualifications for the Role
Masters degree in electrical engineering
Knowledge of industrial processes is an advantage
Knowledge of EMTP ETAP Matlab e Simulink software
Good knowledge (B1 level or higher) of spoken and written English
Good communication skills networking and teamworking capabilities
You are focused on MV Power System innovation. Previous experience in Power System design and Electrical application is desired
