About the role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our performance marketing team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is passionate about creating compelling visual content that drives conversions. You will be responsible for designing high-impact static and video creatives across multiple digital platforms with a focus on performance marketing campaigns that directly contribute to our revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Creative Development & Optimization: Design engaging static and video creatives for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms and leveraging campaign results to iterate designs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging and visuals for different audience segments and campaign objectives.
Video Content Editing: Editing short-form video content including product demos testimonials and animated graphics that drive engagement and conversions
Collaboration: Work closely with the performance marketing team copywriters and product teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging
Asset Management: Maintain organized creative libraries and ensure all assets are properly formatted for various platforms and use cases
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends platform requirements and competitor creative strategies in the health and wellness space
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Experience: 2-3 years of graphic design experience preferably in e-commerce digital marketing or performance marketing environments
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro)
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and video creative work with examples of performance marketing materials preferred. Should also include experience creating short-form video content including motion graphics product videos and social media content
Brand Understanding: Ability to work within established brand guidelines while creating fresh engaging content

Collaboration time management and adaptability
Health & Wellness Experience: Previous experience in the health wellness or lifestyle industry with understanding of target audiences and messaging
E-commerce Background: Experience working specifically with e-commerce brands and understanding of the customer journey.
