The Role
We are looking to recruit a Head of Creative Services within our Comms Marketing and Fundraising function at 24-7 Prayer International who will lead and guide the vision development and brand integrity of all creative output. This is a newly created role in an exciting time of growth for us as an organisation.
Youll be an experienced creative leader and expert conceptual thinker with hands-on creative design skills including developing and managing brand identities. Your strong strategic and relationship building skills will enable you to inspire and lead creative collaborators. You will bring focus flexibility and calm as you manage multiple projects and people.
This role can be either based in our Woking office or a hybrid role. If hybrid there is a requirement to attend mandatory in-person meetings (typically at either our Woking office or Waverley Abbey House in Farnham once a month). This role may occasionally require some travel nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Define the creative vision and uphold excellence and consistency across all organisational creative outputs.
- Concept Development: Lead the conceptual direction of projects bringing innovative and visually compelling ideas to the table. On occasion direct hands-on design work may also be required.
- Project Steering: Engage at the start of every creative project guiding its execution and assembling the right creative team for delivery.
- Team and Resource Management: Oversee the Creative Services Coordinator ensuring all aspects of creative production scheduling and workflow including timelines and approvals run smoothly without directly managing resources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing Comms and Fundraising leaders to develop creative solutions that enhance their strategies.
- Freelancer Oversight: Guide the work of retained freelancers and internal collaborators to maintain alignment with the organisations creative vision.
- Advisory Role: While not responsible for product communication marketing or fundraising strategies provide insight where creative briefs may need refinement.
- Brand Ownership: Safeguard and evolve 24-7 Prayers brand identity across all creative expressions.
- Visual Identity Management: Oversee brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across print digital and event materials.
- Budget Management: Oversea the creative services budgets and liaise with other budget holders to utilise budgets effectively.
- Management of creative services team members.
