Your Role:
As a key member of our design team the Designer will drive the creation of exciting commercially viable collections for leading high-street brands. You will blend creative vision with technical skills and strong organisational abilities to collaborate seamlessly with account managers offshore product development teams and clients across the globe.

What Youll Do:

• Develop original on-trend designs for seasonal leisure & activewear collections targeting high-street fashion brands.
• Collaborate with the design team to identify and integrate trends in colour fabric and micro-trends.
• Translate concepts into sketches technical drawings and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Work closely with account managers and offshore teams to finalise collections and present to clients.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues clients and factories across Europe and the Far East to ensure design goals are met.
• Assist in choosing fabrics trims and materials that align with the aesthetic and functional needs of collections.
• Conduct material testing to ensure durability comfort and performance.
• Create detailed tech packs to communicate design specifications clearly and accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to offshore product development teams to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with sample makers and participate in fittings to ensure perfect fit style and comfort adjustments.
• Monitor sample quality and work with quality control teams to resolve any production issues.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience designing for high-street fashion brands with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer demands.
• Expertise in generating tech packs and managing offshore product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D design tools is a plus.
• Solid technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to leisurewear design.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills confident in working with diverse international teams.
• Passionate and highly creative with a positive proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Skilled in reporting and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
