You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Inventory Planner you are responsible for order follow-up and stock management of various parts within TVH in Waregem. You play a key role in the operational side of the purchasing department: placing orders with suppliers monitoring deliveries and ensuring sufficient stock levels in our addition you handle related administrative tasks that support the accuracy and efficiency of the purchasing process.
You order machine parts from our doing so you strive for optimal stock levels taking into account part rotation.
You ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier inquiries and responses while maintaining data quality and minimizing errors.
You discuss any problems with the purchaser and manage daily system updates.
You work closely with TVHs sales department and provide them with information on the price and expected delivery time of the parts so that they can assist customers with their queries.
