Job Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE Full time. Day shift schedule M-F variable hours from 7am-6pm. You will work at 209 9th Street in Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime

- Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical occupational or speech therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
- BLS/CPR certification. Required
