Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
High pressure sales tactics or shortcuts to close deals

Sales Professionals assist customers through the entire vehicle sales process. This includes presenting products explaining features demonstrating vehicles and closing deals. The role also includes developing long term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Guide customers through a structured buying process using established sales steps and procedures
Develop thorough product knowledge on vehicle features and technologies
Demonstrate vehicles in the showroom and on test drives
Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand operating features warranties and paperwork
Maintain follow up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect new customers through calls emails and other outreach methods
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times
Close deals while meeting or exceeding sales goals
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
25 years of sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Automotive sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
Strong organizational communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Primarily indoors with some outdoor activity
Daily walking standing and sitting required
Ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends as needed
