Position Objective: The Team Support associate contributes to the overall goal of providing world-class administrative service by supporting the Regional Agency Managers. Essential Functions: - Communicate directly with Regional Agency Managers and retail agents in a professional yet friendly manner.
- Support retail agents as they set up new accounts and add/delete properties to existing accounts.
- Communicate with retail agents regarding policy or property corrections/adjustments that may be needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Promptly answer calls and respond to emails.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications: - High School diploma required associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Two or more years in a Data Entry Position.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of accounting preferred.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to move from project to project easily.
- Above average skills in email and phone etiquette.
