Job Description
- BS engineering degree required in mechatronics systems engineering software engineering sensing controls or related engineering fields
- Several years of project management experience
- Proven track record managing complex engineering programs from concept through delivery
- Enjoys navigating ambiguous situations leveraging informed assumptions and structured validation paths to bring clarity and drive decisive progress
- Exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities creative thinking and sound judgment
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and processes
- Identify risks Understand technical issues & complex design trade-offs. Drive to closure by bringing together key stakeholders; facilitating decision-making to meet overall project objectives
- Experience and familiarity with consumer electronic industry
- Strong understanding of control systems design implementation and optimization
- Experience with sensor fusion signal processing or multi-modal data analysis
- Highly disciplined in workflow process and staying organized on priority tasks
- Superior attention to detail with a strong commitment to rigor and excellence
- Self motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
- Ability to travel internationally to support builds
