Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Building Consultancy
Schwerpunkt Technical Due Diligence Projektmonitoring und Sustainability/ESG
Ihre Aufgaben
Nach Einarbeitung eigenstndige Durchfhrung von TDDs fr alle Nutzungsklassen (Bro Produktion Logistik Hotel Wohnen Pflegeheime etc.
Untersttzung bei der Koordination und Durchfhrung von Portfolio-TDDs auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
Technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentmern Investoren und Mietern
Mitarbeit an Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen und Machbarkeitsstudien z. B. fr Neubauprojekte und Repositionierungen
Untersttzung bei der Durchfhrung von Projektmonitoring bzw. Baucontrolling
Mitwirkung bei Sustainability - Prfungen Energieberatungen Klimarisikoanalysen ESG-Checks etc.
Projektmanagement und -steuerung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten sowie Mieterausbauten
Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Investoren Eigentmern und Nutzern
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d) alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjhriger Erfahrung
relevante Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich TDD Projektmonitoring oder Nachhaltigkeitsberatung
Gute technische (bauliche Gewerke TGA Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a. Planungs- und Bauordnungsrecht Betreiber- und Instandhaltungspflichten Grundbuch etc.)
Gute Ausdrucksfhigkeit zur Verfassung von Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch
Interesse am eigenstndigen konzentrierten und genauen Arbeiten
Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfhigkeit
