As the Business Systems Director youll be responsible for the prioritization and implementation of company-wide business systems to support the growth and success of the business.
What will I be doing
Working with people across the organization and guiding the Enterprise Applications team youll lead the planning organization and strategy to meet Auviks business goals.
You will manage two teams:
Candidates must have a proven track record of scaling business systems in a growing SaaS company from a start-up to a scale-up stage and beyond. The candidate will be expected to understand business needs and develop a vision architecture and strategy to meet those needs. We are looking for a cross functional leader who will be a key member of Auviks Extended Leadership Team (ELT).

We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ based on research from various sources of market data which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills knowledge and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
In addition to cash compensation all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auviks future successes.
