Whats this role all about

As the Business Systems Director youll be responsible for the prioritization and implementation of company-wide business systems to support the growth and success of the business.

What will I be doing

Working with people across the organization and guiding the Enterprise Applications team youll lead the planning organization and strategy to meet Auviks business goals.

You will manage two teams:

• A team thats responsible for the general administration design and implementation of Enterprise Applications such as CRM CPQ Billing Support Success Operations as well as Integrations and Data Platform.

Candidates must have a proven track record of scaling business systems in a growing SaaS company from a start-up to a scale-up stage and beyond. The candidate will be expected to understand business needs and develop a vision architecture and strategy to meet those needs. We are looking for a cross functional leader who will be a key member of Auviks Extended Leadership Team (ELT).

As the ideal candidate you will have experience with the following:

• Planning and executing corporate enterprise strategy in a growing SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in implementing and supporting multiple applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Exceptional leadership and employee development skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with all levels of the organization.
• Implementing technical upgrades while mitigating potential risks.
• Developing and evangelizing IT & Business Systems guidelines and governance.
• Driving business systems architecture and scalable design.
• Good understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into the platform architecture.
• Knowledge and experience of data integration tools with different applications and data sources.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Someone who is highly motivated with a desire to stay current on architectural trends and standards.
• The ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Passion for metrics and improvement.
• 3 years as a Director of Business Systems including people management.
