Job Description
Job Title: Locum Radiologist
Join a dynamic medical team in Maywood Illinois! We are seeking a Locum Radiologist to provide essential services at two respected healthcare facilities - Loyola University Medical Center and Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. This practice is hospital-based allowing for broad exposure to diverse cases while working primarily from Loyola University Medical Center. We welcome remote candidates with strong body imaging experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret a variety of radiology exams including CT US and Body MRI.
- Participate in a flexible call schedule based on agreement.
- Collaborate with a team of 40 full-time radiologists engaging in teleradiology as needed.
- Utilize advanced documentation systems including Epic and PowerScribe.
- Manage an average case load based on rotation typically including 30-35 CTs 100 x-rays or 60 US procedures daily.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Body Imaging is required.
- Strong body imaging experience preferred for remote candidates.
- Illinois State License required.
- BLS certification required.
- CDS certification and DEA registration required.
