Job Description
About the Role:
Were looking for dedicated and detail-oriented OR Terminal Cleaners to join our healthcare environmental services this critical role you will be responsible for deep cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms after each surgical procedure-ensuring a sterile safe and compliant environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough terminal cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms and adjacent areas

Follow infection control protocols and hospital standards

Handle and dispose of biohazard materials properly

Clean surgical lights tables equipment surfaces walls and floors

Document cleaning activities as required for compliance

Work collaboratively with the surgical and environmental services team
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous hospital or clinical cleaning experience is a plus

Familiarity with infection control bloodborne pathogen procedures or willing to be trained

Must be detail-oriented dependable and able to follow strict protocols

Ability to lift bend stand and move for extended periods
