Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives including Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure projects.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across development security infrastructure and business teams to deliver enterprise-wide IAM solutions.
Manage project timelines resources and risks to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory security and organizational compliance requirements.
Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise on IAM best practices and emerging technologies.
Mentor and guide technical teams fostering professional growth and high performance.
Monitor evaluate and optimize IAM systems to improve effectiveness and scalability.
