Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Manager with proven experience in the light industrial staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships overseeing the recruitment and placement of temporary and full-time staff and ensuring operational excellence in staffing services. This role requires a deep understanding of light industrial roles workforce compliance and high-volume staffing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and workforce requirements to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and service excellence.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
Source screen and onboard candidates for light industrial roles such as assemblers machine operators forklift drivers packers and warehouse associates.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demand.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations.
Operations & Performance:
Monitor and report on key staffing metrics (e.g. fill rates turnover time-to-fill).
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and onboarding documentation.
Address performance and attendance issues proactively with temporary associates.
Qualifications:
3 years of staffing or talent acquisition experience in the light industrial sector (required).
Experience managing a high-volume workforce and multiple client accounts.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations labor compliance and light industrial job functions.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
