Hospital: Menorah Medical Center Location: Address: 5721 W 119th st overland park KS 66209 Unit Name: Cath/EP lab Building: C Cost Center: 74623 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 2 rooms; 1 EP lab 1 Cath lab Patient Ratios : 1:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 RNs 3 Techs Type of equipment : Carto Claris Acist Documentation system: Meditech and Merge Hemo Scheduling requirements: 5 days a week 7-1530 On Call Requirements: minimum 12 shifts per month Floating policy: may be floated within skill set in facility Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Cath lab experience. EP experience. Able to circulate procedure room with minimal orientation. Must have: Advanced skills needed: Experience in EP lab AND Cath Procedures performed on unit: Pacamaker EP study SVT ablation loop recorder PCI diagnostic cath TEE Cardioversion Certifications Required: NA Dress Code: (Required uniform) Unit provided scrubs mask surgical cap Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
