Data Collection: 6/19/2025 Unit Information: (insert name) Location: HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast ICU Address: 4000 Spencer Hwy Pasadena TX 77504 Floor: 2nd Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 26 Number of Staff 45 Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 CN 1 rapid response RN 5 RN s for 10 ICU patients staff increases based on grid o Night Shift 1CN 1 rapid response RNN 5 RN s 1 PCT for 10 ICU patients staff increases based on grid Patient Ratios 1:2 1:1 Type of equipment mechanical ventilators balloon pumps CRRT s Impella EKOS EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1year ICU Experience ACLS/BLS/NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRT Impella balloon pump experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Bedside trache and PEG Central line insertions Best personality Fit: Works well with others team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS/BLS/NIH Floating Area(s): none Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - royal blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
