Kforce has a client seeking for a Deployment Technical project Manager in the Miami area.
Summary: The Deployment Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of MAST Deployment projects. This involves transitioning the Infoship Software application primarily used for maintenance purchasing and budget control to the MAST software application (mainly AMOS and AIMS). They ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include project planning coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion for the MAST teams covering administrative tasks overseeing tickets related to the project (ADO ADM) developing risk assessments to prevent issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Effective communication with corporate team members is also essential.
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field required; Master s degree preferred * 5 years of proven experience in marine project management * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations * Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in project management software and tools. MS Project MS Excel * Knowledgeable of ship s machinery and safety equipment
