TRAVEL - RN - Rehab/Med Surg (697) - Spalding Aurora- 7P - 7AThis would be for Aurora but will float between the 2 Spaldings as is standard with all our staff. Unit Information: (Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital 697/698) Location: Address: 900 Potomac St Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -42 Number of Staff 80 nursing FTEs Type of staff: Day Shift 1 charge 5:1 RN ratio(about 5-6 RN daily) 2-3 CNA Night Shift -SAME Patient Ratios 5-6:1 Type of equipment -Welch Allyn vital monitors. Basic nursing equipment. EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS Med Surg skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRN Prior Rehab List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IVs foley PVRs bladder/bowel programs EKG Blood glucose Best personality Fit: Positive energetic reliable enthusiastic can do attitude. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology tenure and experience of staff schedule options etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
