Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Triage and troubleshoot problems and attempt to solve and escalate to another team if you cant solve it immediately
- Look through logs databases applications to find the problem/root cause
- Automate or improve processes by developing scripts code/apps
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- People skills (good communication approachable good energy handles stressful situations etc.)
- Problem solver: can use log files read through AWS scripts trace an IT workflow and find the issue. (Does not need to code)
- Monitoring tool experience nice to have
- Control-M & scripting skills nice to have
- ServiceNow experience nice to have
- AWS experience nice to have
- Coding experience nice to have
