Job Description
This position will perform level 1 monitoring of all IBMi environments. The team is responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring all IBMi lpars along with processing all backups. This position will monitor the IBMi RxClaim health Sterling Integrator file delivery Robot batch jobs on IBMi Tidal jobs and all IBMi servers and storage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The monitor position has 24/7/365 coverage for the following applications: All IBMi lpars Robot scheduler and console Tidal scheduler and Sterling Integrator.
- 2 years of IBMi monitoring experience.
- Experience performing backups
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong communication and personal interaction skills.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift environment (24 x 7)
