Job Description
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $16.00/hr and up DOE
Hours: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Joplin MO
Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for a well-established machine shop in Joplin MO. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term career potential. Upon permanent hire employees gain access to top-tier insurance and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Pay starts at $16/hr for entry level and increases with experience. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Qualifications
To succeed as a CNC Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be reliable with a strong work history
- Able to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Prior machine operating experience preferred but training available for dependable candidates with consistent attendance
