Job Description
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong eCommerce domain knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing effective test scenarios automating test cases using Playwright and collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute test scenarios for web applications.
- Automate test cases using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and other QA engineers.
- Ensure test automation aligns with business requirements and sprint deliverables.
- Support testing efforts across Manila and US time zones.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks.
Qualifications :
- Strong eCommerce domain knowledge.
- Proficiency with Playwright (JavaScript & TypeScript).
- Experience with Jira and Bitbucket.
- Ability to design execute and automate effective test scenarios.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology.
- Good-to-Have:
- Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
