About Fundd
Fundd is a modern growing finance broking firm with a 30-strong team across all states in Australia. Were big on flexibility professionalism and shared success yet serious about delivering great results in commercial finance home loans asset finance and development lending. This role is Perth-based working from our prestigious real estate office in the Perth CBD at least 3 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial finance transactions from enquiry to settlement
- Structure and negotiate deals with multiple lenders for optimal client outcomes
- Maintain compliance manage timelines and liaise with stakeholders at all stages
- Build and maintain referral relationships to develop your own client pipeline
- Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to best practices
- Utilize company-supplied leads alongside your own business development
Salary & Bonus Structure
Base salary super aligned to your monthly revenue target:
- $70k $12k/month target
- $80k $14k/month target
- $90k $16k/month target
- $100k $18k/month target
- $110k $20k/month target
- $120k $22k/month target
How bonus works:
- You earn 50% of revenue generated over your monthly target (uncapped)
- Example: If your target is $18k and you write $30k youre $12k over $6000 bonus.
Ramp-Up Targets (First 6 months):
- Month 1: $0
- Months 24: 50% of full target
- Months 56: 75% of full target
- Month 7 onwards: Full target based on your base salary band
- Shortfalls carry forward before bonus is payable
- Claw backs accounted for at reconciliation
- All revenue sources count toward target: commercial property business lending asset finance overdrafts engagement fees insurance etc.
- Commissions paid one pay cycle after Fundd receives them (monthly reconciliation)
Support & Tools
- CSO support (overseas) included
- CSM support (local trainee brokers) availablecost added to your target if requested
- All operational costs covered: aggregator CRM PI insurance memberships software

Requirements What Youll Bring
- Minimum 3 years commercial finance experience (property business or development lending)
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit structuring and lender policies
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- High self-discipline able to manage multiple complex transactions
- Familiarity with NCCP AML/CTF and relevant compliance obligations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with platforms such as ApplyOnline Mercury Salestrekker or similar
- Relevant qualifications (Cert IV Finance & Mortgage Broking minimum Diploma preferred)
