Job Summary

Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care in a conventional Family Medicine practice focusing on chronic disease management.
Conduct basic procedures including dressing changes sutures biopsies pap smears and joint injections.
Treat patients across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner and engage in clinical teaching for Family Medicine residents.
Maintain adherence to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management.
Participate in a call rotation of 1:7 (phone call only).

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Experience working with pediatric and geriatric patients.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

Active Indiana Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
Current DEA registration (or willingness to obtain).
BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
COVID Vaccination is mandatory.
