- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the design of data collection processes and tools.
- Present findings and insights to management and other departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. R Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
