About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Change and Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic and creative Resident Experience Team and to be part of an exciting transformation programme that puts our residents at the heart of everything we do.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to analyse service operations data suggest improvements and help users adopt new systems and ensure smooth processes during transitions.
This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support delivery who support our residents with varied and often complex needs enabling the team and manager to work seamlessly
Working within Barnets Resident Experience and Digital services you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer support operations and be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About you
Experience of working in a data analysis service operations or process improvement role
Knowledge of business systems and processes to drive efficiencies
Understand the importance of performance management and use of utilisation tools/methods
Good understanding and knowledge of digital technologies and customer relationship tools (forms CRM)
Ability to communicate with people in a friendly and courteous manner establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
