Description

About the position

The SharePoint Administrator Leads the training implementation and administration of our SharePoint Records Management System ensuring successful user adoption and effective governance and ongoing system optimisation.

About the role

The role is responsible for:

  • Providing SharePoint training to users.
  • Creating training materials.
  • Supporting SharePoint Records Management System inquiries.
  • Promoting SharePoint adoption.
  • Managing digital/paper records.
  • Managing record lifecycles.
  • Developing governance documents.
  • Ensuring Records Management compliance.
  • Participating in document management projects.
  • Communicating Records Management System updates.
  • Analysing system metrics.

The role is based at our head office in Hobart this role may require some intrastate travel.
