Job Description
Infosys is seeking Azure Data Engineers. Inthe role ofAzure Data Engineer with Java experience you will design develop build and maintain modern data management infrastructure using Azure Java and SQL. Youll collaborate with Product Owners Data engineers Analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in an intrapreneurial culture where teamwork is encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and OpenAPI (Swagger).
- Integrate APIs with backend data platforms (Snowflake / Databricks) hosted in Azure.
- Optimize microservices for performance scalability and resilience.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory & Databricks.
- Perform data transformation using SQL in Databricks.
- Enable end-to-end data flow and business logic automation in Azure.
- Use GitLab for version control branching strategies and merge requests.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI for automated build test and deployment processes.
- Implement environment-specific deployments and ensure rollback and audit capabilities.
RequiredQualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofBellevue WA OR DallasTXor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressiveexperience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3 years of Java development using Springboot
- At least 2years of experience in Azure data services
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
- At least 2years of current experience in Python SQL Spark and working with large datasets
- Experience building integrations using Mulesoft Or Anypoint Platform
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and AKS for container orchestration
- Strong communication problem-solving and analytical abilities
