And now were looking for someone in Poland to help us take care of our growing client base. Someone who listens understands and genuinely wants to help.
What youll do:
Support our clients in Poland answer questions guide them through our platform and help them get the most out of it.
Solve problems sometimes its technical sometimes its about data or search results. Youll know how to dig in or who to ask.
Be the voice of our users share feedback and insights with our team so we can improve.
Collaborate closely with our support and product team mostly based in Prague but always happy to help.
Create clarity whether its by writing a help article recording a short Loom video or jumping on a quick call.
Youre a great fit if:
You enjoy helping people and solving problems with empathy and care.
Youre fluent in Polish and English both spoken and written.
Youre comfortable with tech you dont need to code but youre curious and willing to learn how things work.
You have a structured mindset you like making things clear repeatable and efficient.
Youre independent and proactive but also a real team player.
