Litigation Lawyer - Essex & Suffolk Offices

About the Opportunity Join a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. This successful practice has built an excellent client base across Essex and Suffolk with multiple office locations.

The Role

Manage your own diverse litigation caseload from inception to conclusion Handle a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters Conduct advocacy in courts and tribunals Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute resolution Draft pleadings witness statements and legal documentation Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution Collaborate with barristers and expert witnesses Maintain detailed case management and billing records Contribute to business development and client relationship building Support junior team members where appropriate

What Were Looking For

Qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience Proven ability to manage complex cases independently Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills Business development mindset with client relationship focus Proactive motivated approach with commercial awareness Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team player with leadership potential
