A distinguished private club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for exceptional service and refined hospitality. This role calls for a leader who thrives in cultivating memorable member experiencessomeone equally comfortable overseeing an elegant dinner service a bustling coffee bar or a lively cocktail evening.
Working closely with the ownership group you will bring their vision to life through thoughtful details seamless operations and a warm personalized approach to service.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the food & beverage team to deliver a consistently high level of hospitality.

Oversee bar coffee and culinary service ensuring quality and presentation align with the clubs standards.

Collaborate with ownership to develop and maintain a distinctive member experience.

Train staff on service etiquette menu knowledge and member preferences to foster familiarity and trust.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with an emphasis on anticipation discretion and responsiveness.

Curate beverage offerings and partner with the culinary team to enhance menus in line with seasonal trends and member tastes.

Maintain a polished inviting atmosphere that reflects the clubs culture and values.

Monitor inventory purchasing and cost controls to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a private club luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting.

Strong working knowledge of beverage programs coffee service and culinary operations.

A natural host with exceptional interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.

Proven ability to inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional member service.

Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
