Job Summary

As theGlobal Trade and Logistics Enablement Manager youll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive the evolution of Best Buys Global Logistics and Trade operations. Youll collaborate with teams and stakeholders to solve complex business problems design innovative solutions and deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our supply chain strategy while working in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
This role is hybrid requiring some days on-site at a Best Buy location and others working virtually. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

What youll do
  • Support development and execution of supply chain strategies
  • Represent the business in defining needs and delivering solutions
  • Monitor program timelines and proactively resolve risks
  • Build tools and dashboards to track initiative performance
  • Lead communication rhythms across teams and leadership levels


Basic qualifications
  • 5 years in supply chain transportation retail or related field
  • 2 years in consulting or multi-channel retail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex business ideas across broad audience ranges

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred qualifications
  • 6 years in supply chain retail or related area
  • 2 years at manager level in a global consumer-oriented business
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of supply chain principles
  • Strategy development and team leadership experience
