Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 18th September 2025
Employment Type: Full-time 6 months CDD
Schedule: Monday to Friday 06-22h (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: Saturdays and Sundays
Job Description
We are looking for digital marketing and/or webdesign enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Support to join our team in Lisbon! If youre passionate about helping others have excellent communication skills and want to be part of a dynamic international environmentthis opportunity is for you.
You will provide first-class support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in French

Deliver timely and accurate responses ensuring customer satisfaction

Resolve issues related to accounts orders services or products
- Follow established procedures and comply with company policies
Requirements

Native or Fluent in French

Good command of English B2 level

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
