Job Description
Role: Associate Consultant CSR Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-4 years (Not more than 5 years)
Salary: Upto 50k-67k (Depend on experience)
Tenure: 1 year (Extension/Conversion subject to performance)
About the role:
The Corporate Advisory teams core objective is to be a strategic advisor in solving social problems to achieve significant impact. The team focuses on enabling holistic organization and ecosystem transformation by rigorously solving problems formulating strategic solutions and ensuring all stakeholders are effectively engaged. The Associate Consultant will play a key role in designing solutions to meet CSR customer needs and drive measurable social impact. The candidate will be based out of the clients office for five or six days a week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead primary and secondary research to generate insights.
- Contribute to problem-solving and ideating for solutions.
- Monitor mid-to-large-sized programs within the CSR portfolio.
- Document and prepare key project artifacts (notes decks databases) to ensure efficient delivery of quality client-facing products.
- Create reports and tools to inform the effectiveness of projects.
- Document learnings to create reusable knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation of proposals.
- Support other team members and the larger organization when required.
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will align with our mission of creating a sustainable world with opportunity for all and should have the following profile:
- Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in consulting CSR project management or stakeholder management in a corporate or social enterprise environment along with a postgraduate degree.
- Skills: Efficient in time and quality management strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient in collecting analyzing and presenting data.
- Qualities: The ability to cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners an understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations and a focus on achieving meaningful measurable outcomes.
