Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the games Back Office system: configuration of promotions and controlling game features.
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of all activities and features to production including the smooth running of all the promotions events and live tests
Responsible for setting up campaigns in the games Back Office system including managing assets pricing configurations segments etc.
Providing operational requirements for new features and tools in order to allow efficiency and flexibility according to business needs.
Work with different studio departments: Monetization Economy R&D Product and BA
Work with the QA team to provide high quality products and activities
Requirements:
Technical background in Operations CRM Technical Support Configuration Technical Project Manager QA or similar role.
Highly attentive to details thorough responsible and punctual and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
English proficiency both spoken and written- Must
BA Information Systems Industrial Engineering / other relevant Engineering field Advantage
