Position: Customer Service Expert (Dutch)

What You Will Be Doing:
- Handling incoming phone calls messages and emails from customers.
- Providing information and assistance on products and the companys services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
- Processing warranty claims repairs and replacements.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
