The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Ipswich head office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from residential extensions to large-scale apartment and office buildings valued up to 12m using the latest design software and industry standards.
Youll collaborate with engineers across our regional offices and play a key role in delivering high-quality efficient solutions. Well support your continued professional development including progression toward chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers.
What Youll Do
- Design and deliver structural engineering solutions using the latest software
- Collaborate with clients architects and fellow engineers to solve technical challenges
- Produce accurate calculations drawings specifications and reports
- Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience within the UK (London experience preferred)
- Progress toward or possession of Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
- Strong understanding of concrete building design
- Proven skills in project management and cost estimation
