School Cleaner - Term time role working 44 weeks starting 26th August
We are looking to recruit a School Cleaner for one of Nexgens School / Academy partners in Bexley DA5.
This is a part-time permanent position to professionally clean their premises.
- Monday - Friday
- 3 hours per day
- Starting between 3 - 4:30pm finishing between 6 - 7:30pm
- 12.21 per hour
Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:
- Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
- Hoovering of carpeted areas
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels
- Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for
- Prior professional Cleaning experience
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
