Cleaner - Thatcher 8th Street Fitness Club
3333 W 8th St Thatcher AZ
$13/hour PTO Full-Time (40 hours/week weekends required)

At Thatcher 8th Street Fitness Club we are more than just a gym; we are a fitness family. Our club is the only one in the area to offer an indoor heated pool hot tub and dry sauna providing a complete and inviting wellness experience. We are dedicated to supporting every members journey with quality equipment structured training programs and a friendly community-oriented atmosphere.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the gym ensuring that our members enjoy a safe and hygienic workout environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym equipment floors restrooms and common areas
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels soap and sanitizers
- Empty trash receptacles and handle waste disposal safely
- Ensure locker rooms and showers are maintained to cleanliness standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow cleaning schedules and health/safety protocols
- Support in creating a positive member experience through a clean facility
Requirements
- Previous cleaning janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and handle physical tasks
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Must be available to work weekends (40-hour/week schedule required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $13 per hour
