In this pivotal role you will be the primary point of contact for Serbian-speaking customers providing expert guidance and support across various channels including phone and email. Your key responsibility will be to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by efficiently managing inquiries and resolving issues all while maintaining the high standards of service our esteemed clients brand is known for. This is a fully on-site position which fosters strong team collaboration and a dynamic office environment ensuring you have the support and resources you need to excel.
What Youll Do
- Customer Consultation & Support: Provide professional courteous and efficient support to Serbian-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls and emails. You will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries including product information order tracking and general support.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy patience and a strong solution-oriented approach. You will provide accurate and comprehensive information and troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive outcome for the customer.
- Operational Excellence: Process customer inquiries and resolutions accurately and efficiently using various internal systems and tools. You will meticulously document all customer interactions within the CRM system ensuring comprehensive records for future reference and a smooth workflow.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients products and services to provide accurate and timely information. You will stay continuously updated on product changes policies and best practices to ensure every customer interaction is of the highest quality.
What Youll Bring
- Language Proficiency: Native-level or C2 Serbian is an absolute requirement for effective communication with our Serbian-speaking customers. You must also have a minimum of B2 proficiency in English for internal communication training and collaboration with your international team.
- Citizenship/Work Permit: You must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Experience & Skills: Prior experience in a customer service role is a valuable asset but it is not a must-have. We will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude strong communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn. You must have proven problem-solving abilities strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Mindset: A strong customer-first attitude with genuine empathy and a passion for helping people is essential. You must be able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced on-site office environment.
- Technical Acumen: You should be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various internal systems CRM software and communication tools.
- Location: This is a fully on-site position in Sofia Bulgaria. You must either be currently based in Sofia or be willing to relocate.
