What Youll Do (and Do Best):
- Write accurate efficient estimates that earn trust and win business.
- Communicate clearly with customers team members and insurance reps.
- Oversee repair planning parts coordination and workflow management.
- Identify opportunities for shop improvement and bring ideas to the table.
- Be the face of the shopfriendly reliable and relentlessly professional.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience as an estimator (preferably with CCC One or similar software)
- Understands how to balance speed with accuracy.
- Takes ownership of the customer experience.
- Brings energy positivity and collaboration to the team.
- Wants to build something bigger than just a paycheck.
