About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Assistant to join our this role you will engage with clients through email chat and phone assisting them with inquiries confirming details and ensuring they receive a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and enjoys providing clear professional support in an online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email chat and phone in a timely professional manner
- Assist with reviewing confirming and updating client information
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client needs or escalated concerns
- Provide proactive follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and tone
- Comfortable using email chat platforms and online document tools
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or administrative support preferred but not required
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a virtual setting
