Job Description
Are you an experienced Radiology professional ready to take the next step in your career We are seeking a dedicated Imaging Supervisor to lead our imaging team and ensure the highest standards of patient care and diagnostic excellence. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment while advancing your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership supervision and daily oversight of imaging staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Oversee workflow scheduling and quality assurance within imaging services.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Train mentor and evaluate imaging technologists to foster professional growth.
- Support the implementation of new imaging technologies and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate and/or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT(R) certification required plus additional certification in CT or Mammography.
- Eligible for Vermont Radiologic Technologist Licensure.
- Minimum 5 years of radiology experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in a unionized healthcare setting.
- ARRT certifications in CT Mammography and Radiography.
- Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
