SUMMARY Overview of the position
Manages and coordinates the daily operations of shipping and receiving fulfillment / pick and pack of sales orders for UDM and UDC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of daily customer orders UDC/UDM Product Removal Authorizations (PRA) and daily work orders from the production department.
Coordinates shipping/receiving for the warehouse and provides driver support.
Creates and audits reports on the schedule and data points assigned including UDA Report management.
Collaborates with the Inventory team to plan schedule and forecast warehouse volume.
Implements and maintains pick and pack hardware and software. Utilizes tech support for streamlined operations.
Manages warehouse staff with full scope of managerial duties.
Implements and oversees safety protocol for all Warehouse Clerks including the coordination of forklift certifications for all forklift operators and keeping a record of all certifications and their expirations.
Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse and work area. Orders supplies for the warehouse staff.
Orders and organizes pallets in a concise manner and organizes prompt removal of broken pallets.
Collaborates with the Security and Facilities Manager for dumpster emptying and equipment repairs.
INTERACTION
This position will interact closely with the VP of Production and Logistics Director of Production and Logistics Sr. Manager of Logistics Security and Facilities Manager Sales Support Manager Logistics Coordinators Inventory Control Specilaists Warehouse Clerks and shipping contractors.

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPEREINCE
B.S. /B.A. Degree Preferred
5 years of inventory control and/or warehouse management experience.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Willing to work until the job is completed
Skilled in managing multiple short- and long-term project simultaneous
Warehouse layout / design a plus
Experienced in managing a team in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite.
JD Edwards and Cloud Inventory knowledge a plus
Strong leadership / team building skills
Strong organizational skills.
Understanding of Distribution and direct to consumer shipping
Budgeting and long-term planning experience a plus
