JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with hypermarkets large retail outlets and key stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Work closely with internal departments to align sales inventory and operations planning.
- Analyze market trends sales performance and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.
- Strong background in FMCG sales and logistics management.
- Established network and working relationships with hypermarkets and retail chains in Malaysia.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including both sales and supply chain functions
