Sales Manager Premium Fitness Club
Eindhoven Netherlands
Salary: 3100 basic 300500 monthly commission bonus potential up to 7500 annual bonus

Join one of the Netherlands largest and most prestigious fitness clubs in vibrant Eindhoven. With circa 5600 members this flagship site delivers outstanding facilitiesincluding racquet sports (Padel Squash Badminton) a state-of-the-art gym three studios and an outdoor Battle Box.
The club enjoys a diverse and engaged member baselocals and expatsand boasts excellent member experience scores.
The Role
We are searching for a Sales Manager to lead a team of three membership consultants. You will primarily manage inbound membership enquiries (85%) and dedicate the remainder (15%) to local marketing events and corporate outreach.
In this role you will coach and inspire your team embed a high-energy sales culture and consistently drive membership growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead motivate and develop your team of three membership consultants.
- Convert inbound membership enquiries into new members.
- Drive local marketing initiatives events and corporate partnerships.
- Maintain exceptional member experience standards.
- Deliver on membership growth targets and key KPIs.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
- Energetic passionate about sport and a confident leader.
- Experienced in leading teams with a background in sales or customer service environments preferred.
- Able to inspire coach and motivate others to reach goals.
- Flexible to work 40 hours per weekincluding 12 evenings and 1 weekend day (with 1 weekend off per month).
The Package
- 3100 base salary 300500 monthly commission bonus potential up to 7500 annual bonus
