About the Role:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master and Contract Manager to lead Agile teams in the successful delivery of high-impact software products and services. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration transparency and continuous improvement across teams by applying Agile principles and facilitating Scrum ceremonies effectively.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
Identify address and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress.
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity burn-down charts etc.).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement self-organization and accountability.
Contract Management Role Responsibilities:
Draft review and manage contracts (client agreements NDAs vendor contracts etc.).
Track key contract milestones obligations renewals and expirations.
Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with legal and business standards.
Connect with legal procurement sales and finance teams to ensure contract alignment.
Experience Require:
8 to 11 years of total experience whereas at least 7 years of relevant scrum master experience.
Education:
BE/ or ME/ educational qualification preferably having work experience from product-based industry experience.
