About the role.
As a result of our incredible success and growth we are looking for an Employee Experience Executive to join us.
Responsibilities include
- Lead onboarding offboarding and office operations by delivering an engaging new starter experience managing structured leaver processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office including facilities supplies and visitor management.
- Manage the CEOs schedule by coordinating internal and external commitments maintaining an accurate diary and conducting twice-weekly check-ins to anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives by organising recognition programmes team events and well-being activities that foster belonging inclusion and a strong community spirit.
- Oversee internal communications and feedback channels by producing people-focused content such as the business-wide newsletter and capturing actionable insights from surveys and check-ins to inform decision-making.
- Champion process improvements and data-led decision making by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and providing reporting on key engagement and experience metrics.

- Highly organised and proactive with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and coordinator with the ability to convey information clearly and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Warm and people-focused with a natural ability to build rapport and positive relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in project and priority management.
- Passionate about inclusion and engagement and committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
